Most mornings start by putting the alarm on snooze, turning on the coffee machine, and getting ready to face the day with a cup of coffee. Since coffee is one of the most popular beverages across the globe, International Coffee Day is celebrated every year on the 1st of October. If you, too, are a coffee connoisseur, this is your sign to ditch running to the café and make your favourites at home.

While lattes and cappuccinos might be your usual go-tos, cold brews give you both the instant caffeine kick as well as a cure from the hot days. To help you get café-like cold brews, Stefania Avramidi, the Barista at Coffee Island, has curated some easy recipes that are perfect for beginners. So, this International Coffee Day, why don’t you get the perfect refreshing kick with these step-by-step recipes?
