Gluten free pasta is prepared with rice flour or a mix of gluten-free flours, making it suitable for those avoiding wheat while still enjoying pasta dishes.
2 cups gluten free pasta (store-bought or homemade) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) ½ tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste Grated cheese to garnish
Boil gluten free pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil, sauté onion and tomato until soft.
Add chilli flakes and salt, then stir in cooked pasta.
Cook for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
