Ingredients

1 cup cooked quinoa 1 cucumber (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix quinoa with chopped vegetables.
