Dhaniya chutney is a vibrant green dip made with fresh coriander, green chillies, and lemon. It adds freshness and spice to any Indian snack.
1 cup coriander leaves 2 green chillies 1 small garlic clove 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste
Blend coriander, chillies, garlic, and salt in a mixer.
Add lemon juice and a little water.
Grind to a smooth paste. Serve fresh with samosas, pakoras, or sandwiches.
