Chia seeds are considered to be one of the healthiest seeds that promote weight loss and boost your health. If you are craving something sweet, here’s a guilt-free dessert recipe you cannot miss.

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Chopped fruits for garnishing

Step 1

Soak the chia seeds in milk for about ten minutes, and then add honey and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Mix everything till you get a pudding-like consistency.

Step 3

Refrigerate for about two hours till the pudding is thicker.

Step 4

Top the pudding with chopped fruits like mangoes, bananas, cherries, etc.

Step 5

You can also add some dry fruits and nuts before serving.
