A yoghurt parfait is an easy, no-cook breakfast layered with yoghurt, fruits, and granola. It’s wholesome, refreshing, and ideal for busy mornings.

Ingredients

1 cup yoghurt (thick or Greek-style) ½ cup granola or muesli ½ cup mixed fruits (banana, berries, apple) 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Step 1

Spoon a layer of yoghurt into a glass or bowl.

Step 2

Add a layer of fruits followed by granola.

Step 3

Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.

Step 4

Drizzle with honey and serve chilled.
