This one-pot tomato pasta is a quick and comforting meal made in a single pan. It’s perfect for weeknights and ready in just 20 minutes.
2 cups pasta of choice 2 tomatoes (blended or pureed) 1 onion (chopped) 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs Salt to taste Grated cheese to garnish
Heat olive oil and sauté onion for a minute.
Add tomato puree, salt, herbs, and chilli flakes.
Add uncooked pasta with 2 cups of water and cook until soft.
Stir, garnish with cheese, and serve hot.
