Egg salad is a simple, protein-packed recipe made with boiled eggs, creamy dressing, and mild seasoning. It works well as a sandwich filling or a side dish.
4 boiled eggs (peeled and chopped) 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard (optional) Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)
In a bowl, combine the chopped boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix gently until everything is well combined.
Garnish with parsley or chives and serve chilled or at room temperature.
