Avocado toast is a quick, healthy snack or breakfast option made with ripe avocado, fresh bread, and simple seasonings. It is filling and nutrient-rich, perfect for busy mornings.
2 slices bread (toasted) 1 ripe avocado (peeled and mashed) Juice of ½ lemon Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Chilli flakes (optional) Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Sprinkle lemon juice, salt, and pepper over the top.
Add chilli flakes if you prefer a little heat.
Garnish with coriander or parsley and serve immediately.
