Egg drop soup is a Chinese staple, perfect for cold rainy nights. Not only is the soup easy to make, but it also gives you a warm feeling whenever you need a hug. Here’s how you can make a healthy dish.
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth 2 eggs 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup chopped green onions Salt to taste
Simmer the chicken or vegetable broth on medium heat.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt.
Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Let it simmer till the eggs are cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
