If you are shifting towards a millet-forward diet, replacing the whole wheat roti with millet roti can be the best step. Here’s a recipe for bajra roti you can try to make your meals nutritious and gluten-free.
1 cup bajra flour 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste
Mix bajra flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead the dough.
Once smooth, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest
Heat a tawa. Roll small portions of the dough into roti and cook on both sides.
Once golden brown on both sides, serve hot.
