After a long day, when you don’t feel like cooking, paneer bhurji can be a quick and healthy fix. Ready in less than fifteen minutes and high in protein, here’s how you can make paneer ki bhurji.
200 grams paneer, crumbled 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Sauté onions until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.
Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
