Ingredients

3-4 boiled potatoes 6-8 bread slices Salt to taste 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 chopped chilli ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli oil 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp chilli powder, garam masala 1 tsp amchur powder

Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and green chillies.

Step 2

Add powdered spices and roast them for a minute.

Step 3

Mash the potatoes and add them to the kadhai.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt and coriander leaves. Keep the blend aside.

Step 5

Roast bread in a grilling pan, and spread the potato mixture on the slices.

Step 6

Add a few drops of chilli oil, cover with another slice, and serve.
