Paneer sandwich is a filling and tasty snack prepared with fresh paneer, vegetables, and simple spices. It works well for breakfast, tiffin, or evening tea.
4 bread slices ½ cup paneer (crumbled) 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 tomato (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) Salt and pepper to taste Butter for toasting
Mix paneer, onion, tomato, chilli, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly on two bread slices.
Cover with the other bread slices and apply butter on top.
Toast in a pan or sandwich maker until golden.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
