Raw papaya salad is a refreshing and crunchy dish made with shredded papaya, lemon, and spices. It is light, healthy, and works well as a side dish.
2 cups raw papaya (grated) 1 carrot (grated) 1 green chilli (chopped) 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed) 2 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste
Mix grated papaya and carrot in a bowl.
Add chilli, lemon juice, and salt, then toss well. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb flavours. Serve fresh as a salad or light side.
