Steamed Edamame With Salt: Quick Snack Recipe

Edamame are young soybeans boiled or steamed with salt. They are rich in protein and make an easy, quick snack.

Ingredients

2 cups edamame pods 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Step 1

Bring water to a boil with salt.

Step 2

Add edamame pods and cook for 4–5 minutes.

Step 3

Drain and place in a bowl. Serve warm as a snack.
