Ingredients

4 cups mala Ice cubes

Step 1

Take a cup of malai and add it to a food processor.

Step 2

Add ice cubes and turn on the appliance.

Step 3

Soon, milk solids will separate from the liquid.

Step 4

Add the milk solids to a heavy-bottom kadhai.

Step 5

Soon, ghee will start separating, leaving milk solids at the bottom.

Step 6

Strain the ghee and mix milk solids with sugar to prepare a treat.
