Kuttu cheela is a light, gluten-free pancake made with buckwheat flour, often eaten during fasting days in Navratri.
1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour) 1 boiled potato (mashed) 1 green chilli (chopped) Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Mix flour, potato, chilli, salt, and water into a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and pour batter to spread into a round cheela.
