Ragi porridge is a nourishing dish you can prepare for adults as well as kids. It is rich in amino acids, dietary fibre, iron, and calcium. If you are recovering from the flu, it can help you gain energy.
1.5 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp ragi flour 1 tsp ghee 1.5 cups water ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 cup milk 5-6 almonds, cashews
Blend ragi flour and water in a bowl until you have a smooth blend.
Cook this blend in a heavy-bottomed pan on a low flame.
Add ghee, sugar, and milk to the blend.
Once sugar dissolves, sprinkle cardamom powder.
Pound almonds and cashews and top the porridge with nuts before serving.
