Hustlers don’t have much time to spend in the morning preparing a nutritious breakfast. But if it only takes 10 minutes? This paneer-stuffed chilla is all you need to satisfy your hunger and keep yourself full until lunch.
100g paneer 1 cup besan Water, salt as needed 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp pepper 1 tbsp ghee
Mix the besan with water into a lump-free blend.
Add salt and red chilli powder.
Grate paneer and mix it with pepper, salt, and coriander leaves.
Spread a thin layer of besan blend on a hot griddle.
Sprinkle the paneer blend over the chilla.
Fold the chilla and serve it with sauce.
