Great Indian CookOut Audition - Season 4

After three incredible editions, Slurrp’s Great Indian Cookout (GIC 4) is back, and this time the spotlight is on India’s beloved gully food!

Think chaats, momos, pav bhaji, kathi rolls, puchkas, kebabs — every city has its street food treasures. Now it’s your turn to take your favorite gully food and add your unique twist!

This year, the cookout goes bigger than ever across 4 cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore & Kolkata.

How to Participate:

Pick your favorite gully food/street food.
Add your signature twist using any Aashirvaad product (atta, salt, besan etc.).
Submit either:

A recipe video (under 10 minutes), or A full-text recipe with an image of your creation.

Don’t forget to mention the Aashirvaad product used in the ingredient section
Use the hashtag of the city you belong to in recipe description.
Post your final recipe image on Instagram, tagging @slurrpapp and @ushacookofficial . Dont forget to use the hashtags #UshaSlurrpGIC & #SlurrpGIC before submission.

Prizes & Recognition:

On-Ground Winners (Per City – Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata):

Main Winner – ₹50,000
Runner-Up – ₹15,000
Second Runner-Up – ₹5,000

The offline finals will be streamed on OTT, giving finalists a national platform.

Online Winners:

8 Winners – ₹1,000 Amazon voucher each
5 Instagram Winners – ₹1,000 Amazon voucher each

How to Participate:

Click on 'Submit Recipe' button above and click 'Create Your Recipe' or 'Add New Recipe' on the next page
Upload your amazing recipe with title, description, ingredients, steps, etc
If you are uploading a video please make sure with the recipe ,add the image of your final dish and the step by step recipe video (Please make sure its under 10 mins and is clear with good resolution)
Click 'Post' once the recipe form is filled and wait for the recipe upload to complete
You must use at least one Aashirvaad product (atta, salt, besan, etc.) and mention it clearly in your recipe description.
Mention the city you belong to in recipe description box
Post your final recipe image on Instagram, tagging @slurrpapp , @ushacookofficial and using hashtags #UshaSlurrpGIC & #SlurrpGIC before submission.

Rules and Regulations:

A recipe submitted for one contest cannot be used for another contest
If you are adding a Youtube url it should be named in this format on youtube - Name of Dish| Slurrp Great Indian Cookout or Slurrp GIC
Original recipes only—any copied entries will lead to immediate disqualification.
Apple Inc. is not affiliated in any manner with the contest/sweepstakes on Slurrp; the complete responsibility for the contest's organization, coordination, implementation, announcements and distribution of prizes lie solely with Slurrp.
By participating, you agree to allow Slurrp and partners (Usha, Aashirvaad) to use your recipes, images, and videos for promotional purposes.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
