Beer is known for adding an effervescence and brightness to cocktails. While conventional cocktail recipes might seldom accommodate this drink, it is in fact lagers, stouts and certain ales that build a lot of structural density into imaginative modern mixes. Now, beer is appearing more and more in the ingredient list of many experimental mixologists coming up with creative blends.
When you turn mixologist at the next house party you host during monsoons, you might want to try out some of these cocktails made using a frothy, foamy beer which can transform the flavour and texture of your blends. Simple and quick to make, these DIY cocktails are the perfect mixture of airy and citrusy beer variations and signature cocktail staples.
